Project Background：
Logistics equipment is rapidly evolving toward unmanned operations, a critical component of smart manufacturing. In palletizing operations, to enable barcode reading on cartons, enterprises need to integrate barcode readers directly onto autonomous forklifts—requiring the scanning equipment to perform dynamic barcode capture while in motion with the vehicle

Barcode Reading Challenges:
During the palletizing process, the code-reading device moves along with the autonomous forklift. Due to dynamic scanning conditions and the fact that the barcode labels and the reader are moving in opposite directions, coupled with the high speed of the autonomous forklift during palletizing, the code-reading device fails to effectively capture barcodes, creating significant challenges for data acquisition.
